Systems by industry

What we build,
industry by industry.

Five professional services industries, one design. Core systems your team works with every day, and workflow automations that take a defined task off their desk. In every one, a named person at your firm approves what goes out, under the same AI governance on every system we build.

01

Industry

Environmental consulting firms

Where the time goes

Most project hours go into what happens after the fieldwork. Field data comes back in inconsistent formats and has to be checked before anyone can use it. Regulatory reports and permit packages get rebuilt from the last similar project. QA/QC depends on whoever has time to review, and the procedures live with a few senior staff.

Core systems, set up for your firm

Executive / Partner Copilot

For owners and partners

Decision briefs that lay out options, tradeoffs, and risk flags

Pipeline and project summaries prepared for principal review

Regulatory risk flags raised against criteria your firm defines

Operations & SOP Copilot

For the people doing the work

Answers to SOP and procedure questions, with the source document cited every time

QA/QC checklists completed before a deliverable is released

Onboarding support for new technical staff and seasonal field hires

Compliance & Documentation Copilot

For what leaves the building

Drafting inside locked, version-controlled templates

A citation on every regulatory reference

A human approval gate before any document is transmitted

Workflow automations

Regulatory report drafting

Assembles draft regulatory submissions inside your approved templates, populated with site data and with regulatory references ready for citation. A scientist or PE reviews the draft before it is released.

Add-on to any core system

Field data processing

Takes in field collection data, checks it against project parameters, flags anomalies, and formats it for insertion into the report. Exceptions go to the project manager instead of being corrected silently.

Add-on to any core system

Permit application assembly

Pulls the required permit components from project files, checks completeness against the agency's requirements, and produces a review-ready package for licensed professional sign-off.

Add-on to any core system

Who signs off

The project manager, scientist, or licensed professional who owns the deliverable. Nothing goes to an agency or a client without that approval.

What it will not do

It will not make regulatory determinations, interpret site conditions, or submit anything to an agency. Professional judgment on the data stays with your staff.

02

Industry

Engineering firms

Where the time goes

Proposals get written from scratch under deadline. RFIs and submittals arrive by email and phone with no single log, so response dates slip. QA/QC checklists exist, but nothing stops a deliverable from going out before every item is cleared.

Core systems, set up for your firm

Executive / Partner Copilot

For owners and partners

Bid or no-bid briefs with risk flags for principals

Project pipeline and financial snapshots for weekly review

Flags on overdue deliverables and likely scope creep

Operations & SOP Copilot

For the people doing the work

Lookup of firm standards and specifications, with the source cited

QA/QC checklists enforced before a deliverable is released

Likely errors and omissions in draft documents flagged for the reviewer

Compliance & Documentation Copilot

For what leaves the building

Proposal and specification drafting bound to your templates

A completeness check before work advances to the licensed PE

A PE review gate before any external release

Workflow automations

Proposal drafting

Drafts proposals from scope inputs inside your approved templates, so the team starts from a structured first pass instead of a blank page. A principal reviews every proposal before it goes to a client.

Add-on to any core system

RFI and submittal processing

Receives, logs, classifies, and routes RFIs and submittals to the right person on the project team. It tracks response deadlines and flags overdue items. It does not write the technical response.

Add-on to any core system

QA/QC checklist enforcement

Runs a structured checklist against outgoing deliverables, flags deficiencies, and holds release until the licensed PE confirms each item is cleared.

Add-on to any core system

Who signs off

The licensed PE responsible for the work, on every technical deliverable. A principal approves each proposal before it reaches a client.

What it will not do

It will not perform or check engineering calculations, stamp or seal anything, or release a deliverable on its own.

03

Industry

CPA and accounting firms

Where the time goes

In tax season the bottleneck is rarely the return itself. It is chasing clients for missing documents, sorting what arrives, keying data into workpapers, and bringing seasonal staff up to speed on how your firm does things.

Core systems, set up for your firm

Executive / Partner Copilot

For owners and partners

Client portfolio status and engagement profitability flags

Deadline exposure and capacity risk summaries

Structured decision briefs for partner-level review

Operations & SOP Copilot

For the people doing the work

Answers to staff procedure questions, citing firm policy

Tax season onboarding for seasonal and new staff

Workpaper checklists completed before work advances to partner review

Compliance & Documentation Copilot

For what leaves the building

Engagement letter and workpaper drafting in locked, approved templates

A completeness check before workpapers reach a partner

A partner sign-off gate on every client deliverable

Workflow automations

Tax document extraction and classification

Takes in client-provided documents, classifies them by type, extracts key data fields, flags missing items, and routes the file to the assigned staff member. Staff review every classification before work begins.

Add-on to any core system

Client document chase

Tracks outstanding document requests, drafts follow-up messages in firm-approved templates, and escalates items that stay unanswered. Staff approve each message before it is sent.

Add-on to any core system

Workpaper assembly

Moves extracted data into your firm's standard workpaper templates, checks completeness against engagement requirements, and flags discrepancies for staff review before anything advances to a partner.

Add-on to any core system

Who signs off

A CPA partner, on every client deliverable. Staff approve document classifications and client messages at their own stage.

What it will not do

It will not give tax advice, take a tax position, prepare or file a return on its own, or send anything to a client without approval.

04

Industry

Law firms

Where the time goes

New matter intake, conflict checks, first-pass contract review, and organizing discovery productions take up associate and paralegal hours. The work is routine in structure, costly to get wrong, and often hard to bill in full.

Core systems, set up for your firm

Executive / Partner Copilot

For owners and partners

Matter status and risk exposure summaries for attorney review

Deadline and conflict flags for partner-level decisions

Structured briefings on case strategy and client matters

Operations & SOP Copilot

For the people doing the work

Answers on firm procedure, citing firm policy and precedent documents

Onboarding and matter workflow guidance for new associates

Billing and matter management checklists

Compliance & Documentation Copilot

For what leaves the building

Drafting inside approved templates and your firm's style standards

A citation on every legal reference

An attorney review gate before any external release

Workflow automations

Matter intake and conflict screening

Collects new matter details, runs conflict checks against your existing client records, flags potential conflicts, and routes the matter to the responsible attorney before any work begins. The attorney clears the conflict, not the system.

Add-on to any core system

Contract review and clause extraction

Finds and extracts defined clause types from incoming contracts, compares them to your firm's standard positions, flags deviations, and produces a structured summary for attorney review.

Add-on to any core system

Discovery document organization

Takes in discovery productions, classifies documents by type and by relevance tags your team defines, and produces an indexed set for attorney review. It generates no legal conclusions.

Add-on to any core system

Who signs off

The responsible attorney, before any client communication, filing, or external release.

What it will not do

It will not give legal advice, reach legal conclusions, make final privilege or relevance determinations, or communicate with clients on its own.

05

Industry

Real estate firms

Where the time goes

Every transaction carries the same documents, the same deadlines, and the same client updates. Agents rebuild them by hand while tracking dates across every active deal, and new agents learn the process by asking whoever is in the office.

Core systems, set up for your firm

Executive / Partner Copilot

For owners and partners

Transaction pipeline status and deal risk flags for broker review

Deadline exposure summaries across active transactions

Structured briefings on key deals and listing decisions

Operations & SOP Copilot

For the people doing the work

Answers on transaction procedure, citing firm policy

Onboarding and deal workflow guidance for new agents

Closing checklists completed before a milestone is signed off

Compliance & Documentation Copilot

For what leaves the building

Document drafting inside approved templates and disclosure standards

A completeness check before documents go to the broker

A broker sign-off gate before anything reaches a client

Workflow automations

Transaction document assembly

Pulls the required documents from firm templates, fills in client and property data, checks completeness, and produces a review-ready package for broker sign-off.

Add-on to any core system

Listing preparation

Brings property data, comparable sales, and market context from sources your firm approves into a structured draft listing presentation. The agent reviews and approves all content before any external use.

Add-on to any core system

Client update drafting

Drafts status updates and milestone messages in firm-approved templates, based on current transaction data. The agent reviews and approves each message before it goes out.

Add-on to any core system

Who signs off

The broker, on every client deliverable. Agents approve listing content and client updates before they are used.

What it will not do

It will not give transaction or pricing advice, set a list price, or communicate with a client or another party on its own.

06

Other industries

Not on this list? The bottlenecks usually are.

The five industries above are our main focus. They are not the only firms we can help. Any professional services firm that runs on documents, expert judgment, and a person who signs off has the same problems, and we can build the same kind of system for it.

The same problems, in any firm

The same documents, rebuilt by hand

Reports, proposals, letters, and packets that start from a copy of the last one, then get reworked line by line.

Knowledge that lives in a few heads

The answers only one or two people know. When they are out, the work waits. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.

Incoming paperwork sorted by hand

Emails, forms, and files that someone has to open, read, name, and route before any real work can start.

Review that depends on who has time

The checklist exists, but nothing stops a document from going out before every item is done.

Deadlines tracked in someone's inbox

Due dates, follow-ups, and status that nobody can see in one place until something is late.

Firms this often includes

Examples, not a limit

Architecture and design firms

Land surveying firms

Property management companies

Consulting and advisory firms

Staffing and HR firms

Marketing and communications agencies

What stays the same

The same two layers, core systems and workflow automations, built on your own documents and your own process. The same AI governance, the same named person at your firm who approves what goes out, and the same record of everything the system does.

How we decide if it fits

The same way as for every other firm. We look at the work first. If the savings do not justify a build, we tell you. The Time Recovery Estimate accepts any industry, and Start here is the fastest way to ask.

07

Before you ask

Questions this page usually raises

Do we need all three core systems?

No. Most firms start with one core system and one automation, tied to the work that costs them the most. The design phase settles which one and why, before anything is built.

Can an automation run without a core system?

Each automation is built as an add-on to a core system. That is deliberate. It keeps every automation under the same approved sources, limits, approval gate, and record as the rest of the build.

Will it work with the software we already use?

We connect to the systems you already use where those systems allow it. Which connections are possible is confirmed during design and written into the design document you approve, before you commit to a build.

Pick the one workflow you would fix first.

Twenty minutes, about one process at your firm. We will tell you whether it is worth building.
