What happens next
1. You send the form or an email. A few sentences is enough.
2. I reply within two business days with either some questions or a time to talk.
3. We talk for thirty minutes. You describe how the work happens now. I ask about the parts that go wrong.
4. I tell you honestly whether this is worth doing. If it is not, I will say so and that is the end of it.
5. If it is worth doing, you complete an Intake Audit, the first step in mapping how the work runs. It is a structured form covering how the work actually flows, the documents and systems involved, and where it breaks. Your answers are what the system design is built from, so it is the difference between a design for your firm and a design for a firm like yours.

The straight answers page covers most of what people ask on the first call.
Who this is for, and who it is not
This is probably a fit if
The same kinds of work get rebuilt by hand, week after week
Work waits on handoffs, approvals, or one person's inbox
The answers your firm depends on live in a few people's heads
A mistake in your work product costs you money, a client, or a license
You are behind on work and hiring is not the answer right now
This is probably not a fit if
You want the AI to make decisions without a person reviewing them
You are looking for the cheapest possible tool rather than a system built around your process
You have already picked a tool and only want it installed
We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than three weeks in.
